The Experience

You park the car, walk along to seafront and reach the front door of Pebble View. You turn around and take in a deep breath of the sea air & feel instantly calm knowing that you have arrived on your holiday.

It’s just the two of you, just what you have both needed. You take your bags up the stairs and settle in. “There is milk in the fridge sweetie, would you like a coffee?”

Ah, you both sigh with relief now that you have escaped your busy lives, even if it is for just a few days.

You finish your coffee & decide to take a nice evening stroll along the beach which is just across the road. You walk, hand in hand down the Weymouth Esplanade and treat yourselves to ice cream in the harbour, but manage to resist the fish and chips (for now).

The next few days are calm and full of wonderful moments, you enjoy sea-swimming, you eat great food & enjoy some of the local wines on offer, you spend quality time together and wonder why you don’t do this more often. You book to stay with us next year & go home feeling so content after the most wonderful few days away.

The Practicalities

Pebble View is the perfect Weymouth stay for a two guests.

It’s located on the Weymouth Seafront, which is centrally located making this the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy Weymouth on foot. It’s just a 5- minute walk from the train station but if you are travelling by car, we can offer a car parking permit for just £5 per day.

You’ll find a welcome pack when you arrive with proper tea, coffee, fresh milk and bread so you can have a nice hot drink as you settle in after your journey.

The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, and an absolute dream to cook in! I supply basic herbs and spices, salt, pepper and olive oil, so you can get cooking straight away.

The characteristic bathroom consists of a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and sink, with a cabinet for you to store your toiletries during your stay. I also supply soft towels, bath towels and naturally mineral-rich toiletries by Sea Kelp.

For each holiday booked at Pebble View, we plant a tree.

Delightful apartment, tastefully and interestingly painted and decorated! Utterly spotless on arrival and exactly as pictured. Georgina was very friendly and responsive and provided all needed directions! Overall very pleasant stay indeed - highly recommend!

Georgina’s place is an absolute hidden gem in Weymouth. So much effort and thought has gone into making this Airbnb a comfortable and stylish flat. The flat is high enough that you’re away from the hustle and bustle but within a stones throw away. The views when eating indoors are unreal. Georgina as a host went above and beyond to accommodate and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever visiting Weymouth (or Durdles Door).
